As a member of the Electrical Contractors Association, their Technical Assessors have vetted Mike Gilbert of Better Heating & Lighting Ltd to carry out electrical installations to the 17th Edition of the Institute of Electrical Engineers Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671 (2008).

As a result they Guarantee, for a period of six years that all work up to the value of £50,000 or £100,000 for multiple contracts will be to BS7671 (2008).

In addition Mike Gilbert guarantees his work for a period of ten years.  Materials supplied carry the normal manufacturers guarantee.
